Italy is one of the worlds most prolific wine regions. In this program we will taste the greatest hits of Italy side by side and go deep on the history, the place, the grape, and the production methods. Professional Wine Educator Paul Sherman (formerly of Valentino Restaurant) will be ironing out any confusion, assisting the advanced students with "markers" and introducing the newbies to the world of Italian wine. Class includes a petite cheese plate, written notes, slideshow on powerpoint, and as much fun as we can squeeze into this 2.5 hour Italian showcase. The wines are sensational. Some of the best examples. Valued over $1000 for this program and we will add wines if this program sells out. Sign up early for the best prices... Early bird prices are guaranteed lowest at wineLA.
