This event will feature some of the best Cabernet based wines in the business … and over $10,000 total food and beverage being provided. All wines are tasted blind and then revealed: in order to enhance the experience and introduce your palate to unbiased tastes of impeccable wines. Dinner is provided and we will of course meet any dietary restrictions with advanced notice. Educator and winemaker Ian Blackburn, CSW hosts the evening at one of LA's most prestigious steakhouses and guides you through a fun, social and humorous evening of great wine, food and laughs.

ABOUT HOW WineLA DINNERS WORK

our policy and procedures - built to add confidence and understanding

Wine Policy
We promise to open 1-bottle per paid guest (up to 21 total bottles).  Smaller dinner events will feature fewer bottles of wine but with LARGER pours per guest (14 guests / 14 bottles) …. as more guests come on board - the pour sizes decrease in total size but the number of bottles and number of pours increase. You will always get poured the same amount of total wine in ounces at one of our events. In the event of weaker than anticipated sales, we will decrease the number of bottles to allow the dinner to continue but increase the pour sizes in the bottles we open so the same amount of wine is provided regardless of event size.  The wines we decide to open and not open will be a justifiable mixture of wines but typically - we do open the stars of the show regardless and always promise a great value. 

Food Policy
With proper notice, we will work to make your food needs and requests available (within reason). Vegan, Vegetarian, other - just give us as much notice as possible.  Some restaurants have shared plates, we always work to make sure the food amounts are abundant and work to fix anything we can… you are our priority.

Other Policies - such as cancellation and other, are published in the ticketing website and reviewable before purchase is accepted. Please take time to understand our policies before purchasing a ticket.
