Local Food and Product Sourcing Expert Sarah Delevan will lead a brief learning session of the background. Along with product demos, unique recipes from chef Michael Bryant will be exhibited to highlight each of these products' distinctive qualities and applications. Food will also be paired with Chios’ locally-famous liqueur that is also made from the resin of the trees.

7PM General Admission Tickets
This is an unlimited tasting ticket with tray passed appetizers and cheese station only. Every guest will be allowed to take home the beautiful Pinot Noir wine glass (limit 1 per guest). All guests will be able to participate during our silent auction, and bid on wines and collectables benefiting the T.J Martell FOUNDATION for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
