White burgundy from top producers focused on Chassagne-Puligny and Chablis will be provided. We will use the maps of the region to discuss the difference a few feet will make.. their common threads, the differences - preferences... brand stories... and explore what we find in real time. Following this insightful white wine review - we move into some of the most exciting offerings in this new day of Beaujolais. Since the early 2000's - CRUS have been moving into position to take over the quality of Village level burgundy ... on wine lists, and in your cellar. TASTE what you are missing - these are some of my personal favorite wines (Ian Blackburn, Wine Presenter) All participants will receive a petite cheese plate, artisan bread and crackers - burgundy glasses will be provided.
