Taste over $2000 of great Bordeaux and Napa Valley Cabernet from top producers! All wines are served blind and tasted 3 at a time and the crowd decides which they prefer... then the wines are unveiled and discussed. This is educational (for all levels) and we use top wine examples that even the most particular collector would agree is "A GREAT WINE LINE UP!" All guests will enjoy a compimentary cheese plate with the sit down tasting and discussion. Friday nights session will have all wines coravined into decanter and Saturday will be decanted for absolutely the best possible presentation of the wines. Topics - how bordeaux ages, about the houses, about the history of bordeaux and its influence on the Napa Valley. Modern ideas on wine and so so much more... Limited to 22 total guests.
